Healing

Heal is a documentary film that takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey where we discover that by changing one’s perceptions, the human body can heal itself. The latest science reveals that we are not victims of unchangeable genes, nor should we buy into a scary prognosis. The fact is we have more control over our health and life than we have been taught to believe. This film will empower you with a new understanding of the miraculous nature of the human body and the extraordinary healer within us all.

The resources on the Heal YouTube page will empower you with discussions and practices that will help you understand how you can heal yourself.

The Emotion Code™ is a natural, gentle emotional energy healing technique created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, designed to help release trapped emotions (emotional baggage) so that the body is more open to physical and emotional healing.

The Emotion Code works by using muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions which are stored in the body as energy that often manifests in discomfort or other physical or emotional challenges. Trapped negative energy can also function to block people from love, happiness and success. Releasing trapped emotions helps make conditions right for the body to heal so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.

Dr. Mark Hyman is the world’s leading pioneer and practitioner of a ground-breaking and emerging approach to medicine that treats our system, not our symptoms. Dr. Will Cole is a leading functional medicine expert who consults people around the world via webcam, having started one of the first functional medicine telehealth centers in the world. Named one of the top 50 functional and integrative doctors in the nation, Cole specializes in clinically investigating underlying factors of chronic disease and customizing a functional medicine approach for thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, and brain problems. He is also the host of the popular The Art of Being Well podcast and bestselling author of Ketotarian, Gut Feelings, The Inflammation Spectrum, and the New York Times bestseller Intuitive Fasting.

In The Wisdom of Trauma, Dr. Gabor Maté gives us a new vision: a trauma-informed society. A society in which parents, teachers, physicians, policymakers and judicial personnel are not concerned with fixing behaviors, suppressing symptoms, judging and condemning. Instead, they would seek to understand the sources from which troubling behaviors and diseases spring in the wounded human soul.

Suki Baxter explains trauma stored in the body and offers videos on how to release that energy.

Qigong

I can’t say enough about how completely life-changing Spring Forest Qigong Training has been for me. I spent five days learning Levels 1, 2 and 3 and I use the information and practice every day for 30 minutes before I meditate. My appearance, constitution and mindset have all dramatically improved since I began this practice. Truly remarkable energy practice that everyone can do and that everyone can benefit from. I even use the breathing practice to ready myself for public testimony, with incredible calming results.

Daisy Lee is a phenomenal Qigong teacher and healer. She has studied and taught Qigong for over 20 years and recently developed Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong to successfully address women’s health concerns through self-care and self-healing.

Stephanie Nosco on Instagram has dozens of practices to learn from and beautiful easy-read quick guides to the benefits of qigong.
