Which ones are no longer serving you?

Which ones keep you in the habit of maintaining destructive thoughts or behaviors?

What do you keep doing that makes you feel bad about yourself?

What do you know deep down inside is holding you back?

Take those old crutches and toss them out.

You taught yourself to walk tall and strong.

You’re doing it right now.

You don’t need old ways that keep you hobbled.

Out with the old.
