This was me fall 2016.
I knew in my heart that I was being lied to and cheated, on many levels.
I was doing my best to stuff and hide my reality.
I was refusing to let the world know my reality.
Then my body decided to reveal the true pain I was in.
When your body falls apart, listen.
You love you more than you know.
You are looking out for you even when you don’t consciously know you are.
If you are sick or suffering right now it’s a signal to you that you need to make BIG and scary changes in your life.
Make them!
You are not your health issue. You are not your pain.
You are love.
You can heal.
