Go ahead and cry, just let it out.

You have no one to hold right now but yourself, so hold yourself nice and tight and let yourself feel everything that you need to feel in this moment.

It’s OK to cry.

It’s OK to feel the pain.

It’s OK for you to feel everything that you’re feeling right now.

Feel it all.

Let yourself work through the moment.

If you don’t it will come back to get you in the end.

So just do it now and don’t stuff the pain anymore.

Feel it now so you can let it go forever.

You don’t have forever to suffer, but you can do it now, let it out, and let it go.

The good in life will be there to support you.

But you have to let the sad go before the good has room to come in.

Hang in there.
