Feel the expansion in your heart when you know that all you have to give is your presence.
Nothing else should ever be demanded of you.
When it is, you know it’s time to say No.
Seriously, Just say No!
Everyone is here to heal themselves.
You included.
Saying No is very healing, and the receiver of your No needs to hear it so they can heal themselves.
Your only savior is you.
Their only savior is them.
Let others make their way and don’t prolong their karmic path.
Don’t be codependent, living in guilt and fear.
They can handle their own lives.
So can you.
Enabling takes from your path and prolongs both of your paths to true happiness.
Be true to you, more than to others.
They’ll be fine.
You need you more than they do. #boundaries
